Oliver Mühr (*1962) is an architect and has lived in Berlin for more than 40 years. He graduated from the Technical University of Berlin in 1989 with a degree in engineering.

He is co-founder and managing partner of PLEX GmbH.

While still a student, he gained experience in trade fair and exhibition architecture as a freelancer in various offices before founding K/PLEX Konzepte für Kommunikation GmbH (now PLEX GmbH) in 1990 with Bruno Bakalovic, Professor Dominika Hasse and his brother Dietmar and becoming managing director of the architecture department.

In 1996, Oliver Mühr and other partners founded aPLEX Branding & Architecture, where he was Managing Partner together with Alexander Jung until 2024.

Oliver Mühr is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects, the Federal Foundation for Building Culture and the IDZ Berlin.
