Senacor Technologies AG is a continuously growing company that has made a name for itself in a special niche as a consultant and service provider for IT transformation. In order to maintain the proven high level of the employees, new media should be developed.

Solution

recruiting campaign

We developed a humorous and somewhat self-deprecating recruiting campaign for Senacor, a service provider specializing in the transformation of IT landscapes. In the first step, the media were a digital recruiting app and various advertising motifs. In addition, a "brush-up" of the corporate design and a style guide were produced.

For this production, a special photo shoot was produced for the testimonials of Senacor's employees and management. The presentation was made available for online use and as an iPad app. The digital company presentation, both online and in conversation, made the advantages of the company comprehensible to potential applicants and the corporate culture, which is described by all employees as special, tangible. The high complexity of the content was visually presented in such a way that all relevant information could be included at first glance.

In order to maintain its proven high level, PLEXGROUP developed a company presentation that can be used both online and in personal conversations. The presentation shows the advantages of the company in a way that potential applicants can understand and, above all, makes the corporate culture, which is described as special by all employees, tangible. Contents with a high complexity were visually represented in such a way that all relevant information can be taken up also on the first view. The presentation is available for online use and as an iPad app. The data is updated via an XML interface.
